Some of our services are carried out at our unit in Neyland, Pembrokeshire, as they require a clean, controlled environment to achieve the best results.
We offer flexible drop-off and collection times to fit around your schedule, and in most cases, we’re happy to drop you home and collect you again once your vehicle is ready — free of charge.
(For locations further afield, a small additional fee may apply)

Free Lift / Drop-Off Information
For local customers, we’re happy to drop you home and collect you again once your vehicle is ready. Available for
Waterston, Milford Haven, Neyland, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock, Johnston, Haverfordwest and surrounding areas.
For longer distances, a small fee may apply (we'll let you know in advance).
What to Expect When You Arrive
When coming off the roundabout, take the second right, followed by another right turn. Continue down the street and park outside unit 43c located in the far-right corner.
Once you arrive, there should be parking available, but if not, just give us a call on 07497 348447 and we’ll help sort it out for you.
After parking, simply knock on the door or give us a quick call to let us know you’ve arrived.

Unfortunately, our unit doesn’t have the facilities for customers to wait on-site.

"Can I arrange a collection after hours?"

Most of the time, yes — but please let us know in advance if you’ll need to collect your vehicle outside of normal hours.

"If I don't have access to water or power, do I need to bring my car to you?"

Yes — if we don’t have access to water and power at your location, you’ll need to bring your vehicle to our unit.

When booking your package, please make sure to select Unit Drop-Off instead of Customer Location so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
